Are you interested in becoming a SD SHRM Facilitator? The SD SHRM Facilitator Selection Committee is searching for qualified facilitators to lead the PHR/SPHR, CA and the GPHR Certification prep classes. We are focusing on building a facilitator succession plan and are looking for dedicated individuals who not only enjoy facilitating but who also have an interest in mentoring future SD SHRM facilitators. The mentoring program will not only take you through the SHRM Learning System materials but also help you develop your own hands-on activities and tools used in the classes. You may be contacted by a member from this committee to set up an interview that should include samples of your work, a demonstration of your facilitation skills, techniques and/or tools. Facilitators in training are voluntary and do not receive a stipend.
